I love the small details you've added, not necessarily detailed artistic work for the background, but details as to what is included in the background, it really gives a nice feel and some thought to it.

Proportion and colour and really nicely chosen and drawn, and overall a really nice image that you've created. I've never personally seen this anime as such, so it's hard to complement this with what i've seen, but it looks pretty sad with all the debris lying around.

The background has quite hard to do so I am glad you liked it.
The series is not that sad but there is a lot of drama in it. If you enjoy drama combined with action it would be worth checking out this series.

You know, I really considered some speedlines (the extra oomph) and more image movement but I was afraid that it could damage the image instead of improving it so I let it like it was.

The girl is awesome, extraction is - perfection. I know how you stated you didn't use a lot of vectors, but because the wallpaper seems to have such a free flowing and professional feel to it, it's hard to sort of notice these things over it's initial beauty and perfection [stop me if i go on too much].

I love the colours - but the nice use of white! People always have to use colour for everything, but the way you've specifically arranged it and not gone OTT has really left it looking simple but detailed, and well thought over. The font is nice too - I think it really suits the bubbles and lines (almost like, the techno bit at the bottom) so it's quite complementary.

Another thing I'd like to comment on is how cool it is that you've used different kinds of bubbles and circles, really gives different senses of depths and concentrations, especially with the ones that integrate into the background.

I think out of everything, this is by far the most thought out wallpaper I've seen since I got back to MT, with good talented technique and skill put into it. I'll have to fave this one no matter what, but I had to get my two cents in too

Secondly, its an amazing scan you've found, it's kawaii but at the same time has that edge. Extraction is good, and the overall texture over the wallpaper has left it feeling a little more 'depthy' than anything else. Like there's more to it

The decoration with the blood is a nice touch, I don't think I've seen as many crazy blood splattered wallies around, but I'll say you're the first I think the way you have done it is more abstract than most other artists or wallies, and I think in some way you may get some people criticising it's 'lifelike' qualities, but I think as one type of artform it looks pretty good.

I started university this past autumn, so I've actually been absent myself from MT for several months, for reasons I'm sure you know all about *sigh* so busy...
I told myself I would spend more time and catch up during the winter break...but the backlog of notifications were so overhelming and admittedly laziness played a factor as well ^^;;

Yea, those looong but interesting & fun PMs, good times ^^ Unfortunately MT erases them after awhile, so their just a collection of faint but wonderful memories for me.

Anyway, how are you? Hope you're doing well in your musical studies and in school in general. And even with the hectic and busy life of university, hopefully you're also having fun and taking the time to get some needed R&R.

Thanks for the wishes, I hope you have a great year this 2006 as well and many more years to come!

its good for my motivation to read those words in the last time i get many doubts about my walling talents - have changing a bit the style to simple ones and many of the mt-people dont like it much so i thought that i become diminishing.. o.O
